Psychodynamic counselling

is a form of therapy that helps you explore yourself and your relationships more deeply like you might have never done before.

By understanding the patterns behind your difficulties, it can bring clarity and make sense of feelings that may feel overwhelming and confusing for many years. At times, we may feel uncertain about how we react in certain situations or get caught between conflicting thoughts and feelings, I would like to help you make more sense of these feelings, patterns and connections from the past to your present.

My Aim

My Aim

During our time together, I aim to help you make sense of difficult feelings by exploring the links between past experiences and present challenges. This deeper understanding can open up new ways of responding to yourself and those around you.

Approach

My Approach

My approach is collaborative and conversational. I believe therapy is a space where two minds come together to reflect, explore, and work through what feels most important to you. At the heart of this process is a trusting relationship, which I see as the key to real and lasting change.
